Returns

We are dealing with handmade, handcrafted and hand painted products. There will be slight acceptable variations product to product and also in colors.

We are happy to share videos and pictures of your order products prior to packing and shipping if requested, so you are very convinced of your purchase. We do NOT offer Free Exchange & Replacement unless you have received product damaged. If received damaged we would require photos of the products to be sent to us immediately to info@aikiya.com. Provide the pictures including the manner in which you received the package. You will be required to keep all packing materials intact as often an inspection may be scheduled.

Note: In case of request for replacement, refund or shortage claim we would require a video of the parcel opening taken in a single shot start to end.

    I loved almost everything about this shop. I came to buy some Golu dolls for my friend as a wedding gift. The dolls were so beautiful and by coincidence I met the owner of the store. She had such a strong passion for arts which i share with her and her story is amazing and I love why she started to sell these beautiful, artistic dolls.
