Returns
We are dealing with handmade, handcrafted and hand painted products. There will be slight acceptable variations product to product and also in colors.
We are happy to share videos and pictures of your order products prior to packing and shipping if requested, so you are very convinced of your purchase. We do NOT offer Free Exchange & Replacement unless you have received product damaged. If received damaged we would require photos of the products to be sent to us immediately to info@aikiya.com. Provide the pictures including the manner in which you received the package. You will be required to keep all packing materials intact as often an inspection may be scheduled.
Note: In case of request for replacement, refund or shortage claim we would require a video of the parcel opening taken in a single shot start to end.
